Working in painting, wall painting and mosaics, my work is linked, visually and conceptually, to the idea of place. I am interested in inspiring visual pleasure while exploring the cultural contexts and natural environments of the world we live in. Pictorial depictions of natural, artificial and built environments provide a visual escape to another place while encouraging viewers to reconsider the individual’s relationship to natural and constructed locations.
